Welcome to My Little Map! Hi, I'm Sharon, founder of My Little Map, and a mom of two precious girls. Let me tell you a little about myself and this small business I have created.

I am a seasoned e-commerce professional, and have always dreamed of starting a business partnership with my significant other. There was never a good time, and roughly 6 months into welcoming our second daughter into our family, we decided the time was now. There is never such a thing as the perfect time! Pile on the chaos!

This passion project started with the intention and lofty idea of inspiring our children to learn through play based activities, focusing on travel and the amazing associated cultural lessons that one gains through travelling (how apt with the pandemic still lurking!). With that, our first and primary product, a beautiful soft and non-toxic vegan leather play mat was born. Our world map play mats are made of vegan leather, and make a lovely and practical nursery addition to any home. It is lightweight, water and scratch resistant, and are perfect wipe and go mats that can be easily taken out for a picnic or to the beach!
